Sanitary Stainless Steel Inline Strainer with Mesh Screen
Sanitary SS304/316L inline strainer with a removable stainless steel mesh screen and perforated support tube. Designed to capture suspended particles in brewing, beverage, dairy and compatible process-liquid lines. Tri-Clamp connections and selectable screen grades support OEM piping projects.
This sanitary inline strainer is made from SS304 or SS316L stainless steel with a polished surface. It uses a removable stainless steel mesh screen supported by a perforated tube to capture solid particles from liquids. The straight-through design has Tri-Clamp connections at both ends and a quick-release clamp for easy access to the screen. Filtration ratings range from 100 to 3,000 μm, depending on the selected screen. Different connection sizes and gasket materials are available to suit operating requirements. The screen can be removed for rinsing, inspection or other suitable cleaning methods.
The strainer is commonly used in breweries, beverage production, dairy processing and other liquid processing lines. It can remove hop particles from brewing liquids, fruit pulp from juices and larger particles from milk or other liquid products. It also helps prevent solid debris from reaching downstream valves, heat exchangers and filling equipment.
