45-Round PPH Cartridge Housing for Industrial Water Systems

This vertical PPH filter housing accommodates 45 standard 40-inch cylindrical cartridges in one vessel, providing a large filtration area for industrial liquid treatment. The housing uses flanged process connections, floor-mounted support legs and a multi-point swing-bolt cover for cartridge access. Depending on the process, EPR, silicone or FKM seals can be selected. The installed cartridges determine the actual filtration rating within the specified 0.1–200 μm range, while the housing provides containment, flow distribution and cartridge support. The specified configuration can operate up to 8 bar and 90°C, subject to the selected cartridges, seals and actual process conditions. Comparable PPH multi-cartridge housings use the same type of flanged connections, swing-bolt closure and 40-inch cartridge configuration.

Typical service includes RO system pretreatment to reduce suspended particles before membrane stages, recirculating filtration of electroplating and PCB process baths, particulate removal from compatible acid and alkali solutions, chemical process-liquid clarification, and suspended-solids filtration in industrial wastewater and water-reuse systems. PPH construction is particularly relevant where a non-metallic wetted housing is preferred for chemical-service conditions, with final material compatibility checked against the actual liquid concentration and temperature. The 45-cartridge arrangement is suited to centralized treatment lines and OEM skids requiring greater cartridge area within a single vessel, supporting project-based industrial filtration solutions.
