Lvyuan UHMW-PE sintered porous fragrance wick rods use an interconnectedcapillary structure to absorb, transfer and release perfume or fragrance liquids. Available withcustomizable diameter, length and interface for OEM and bulk sourcing.
Lvyuan UHMW-PE fragrance wick is a rigid sintered porous plastic rod manufactured with an
interconnected pore structure. Unlike a conventional filter cartridge, its primary role in perfume andair-care products is capillary liquid transport and controlled fragrance release. Porous PE and PPmaterials are widely used in fragrance-release wicks for plug-in air fresheners and reed diffuser
applications.
With confirmed filtration/pore ratings of 0.2-140 um, diameters from 10-120 mm, and customizablelengths and interfaces, the rod can be adapted to different fragrance containers and device designsIts sintered porous construction supports perfume absorption, transfer and diffusion while alsofitting broader industrial filtration solutions requiring custom porous PE components for OEM,
replacement or project procurement.
