The PES pleated filter cartridge is constructed of imported polyethersulfone(PES) membrane media and non-woven support materials.The material of cage core and end caps is polypropylene. Absolute precision polyethersulfone membrane (PES) filter cartridges, adapters are thermally welded with media without using any glue, not any pollution.
The PES filter cartridge is ideal for critical prefiltration to sterilise applications and final filtration in a broad range of demanding non-sterile application. The inherently hydrophilic membrane contains no surfactant or wetting agents, which leads to effective filtration and flow rates
Due to its wide range of PH values and lower adsorption to protein than nylon membrane, it has become the preferred filter cartridge for final filtration in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries.
