Industrial Pleated Filter Cartridge for Process Filtration

This industrial pleated filter cartridge series uses pleated membrane or nonwoven filtration media with polypropylene structural components. Available media include PP, PES, PTFE, PVDF, nylon and polyester, while filtration ratings, cartridge lengths, end connections and seals can be selected according to the filtration duty. Standard lengths include 5″, 10″, 20″, 30″ and 40″, with DOE, 222/Flat, 222/Fin, 226/Flat and 226/Fin configurations available. These configurations are commonly used with compatible industrial cartridge filter housings.

The series is primarily intended for industrial liquid filtration, including process water, chemicals, solvents, clarification and prefiltration duties, depending on media compatibility. PP pleated cartridges are commonly positioned for general industrial liquid filtration, while PES and nylon membrane cartridges are used for finer filtration of compatible process liquids. PTFE versions can be selected for chemically demanding liquid applications, and hydrophobic PTFE configurations are also suitable for compressed air, process gas and vent filtration.

The cartridge series is suitable for water treatment, chemical processing, food and beverage, electronics, pharmaceutical-related process filtration and general industrial filtration, subject to the selected media, seals, temperature, pressure and chemical compatibility. For gas service, the specific PTFE media type and cartridge configuration should be confirmed before selection rather than treating gas filtration as a universal feature of every cartridge in the series
