PA Sintered Porous Plastic Filter Cartridge for Industry
Lvyuan rigid PA sintered porous filter cartridge for liquid and gas particle filtration. Available in 38/48 mm diameters, 1-2 m lengths, 0.5-10 μm ratings and multiple threaded connector sizes for custom industrial filtration projects.
Lvyuan PA sintered porous filter cartridge is manufactured from polyamide/nylon as a rigid tubular porous element. The sintered structure provides interconnected pores for particle separation in liquid or gas service, while the black tubular configuration can be supplied in 38 mm or 48 mm diameters and lengths of 1 m, 1.5 m or 2 m. PA is a recognized material for sintered porous filtration elements.
With filtration precision from 0.5-10 μm and M20, M22, M24, M26 or M30 connection options, the cartridge can use plastic or stainless steel connector components according to installation requirements. The format is suitable for industrial filtration solutions involving liquid or gas particle filtration, equipment integration, replacement elements and project-based sourcing.
