Custom Sintered Metal Filter Plate for Industrial Systems
Flat sintered metal filter plates with customizable alloy, dimensions, thickness and pore grade. The broad porous surface is suited to chemical processing, water treatment and gas distribution where stable filtration or uniform flow is required.
These sintered metal filter plates are formed from fine metal powder into a rigid flat body with interconnected pores through the plate thickness. The broad planar surface is useful where filtration or fluid passage must occur across a defined area rather than through a tube or small disc. Material options include 304, 316 and 316L stainless steel, pure nickel, titanium, Monel and Inconel, with square, rectangular and irregular shapes available for equipment-specific layouts.
Typical uses include chemical process filtration and separation, water-treatment filtration, and gas distribution or fluidization duties. In chemical equipment, the porous plate can provide a stable filtration or permeable process surface; in water-treatment systems it can support filtration or aeration-related service; and in gas-handling equipment it can distribute flow across a larger area.
