Sanitary Stainless Steel Duplex Filter Housing System
SS304/316L sanitary duplex filter housing with removable perforated baskets, Tri-Clamp ports and manual isolation valves for coarse liquid filtration and continuous process service.
This sanitary duplex filter housing uses two stainless steel basket chambers connected through a valved parallel-flow arrangement. The removable perforated baskets retain suspended solids, while the sanitary Tri-Clamp piping supports convenient installation and cleaning. Duplex sanitary strainers with stainless steel baskets, Tri-Clamp connections and isolation valves are an established configuration for process filtration.
The dual-chamber arrangement allows one basket chamber to be isolated for cleaning while the other remains available for filtration, making this design suitable for industrial filtration solutions where process interruption should be minimized. SS304/316L construction, sanitary connections, replaceable baskets and polished surface options make the unit suitable for hygienic liquid-processing applications and customized equipment sourcing.
